It’s been all go here at Get Midlife Fabulous and I’m excited to let you know that my St Helier based coaching studio is nearly ready and I will be delivering my Weight Loss Reset Programmes from there very soon.
Alongside spending time getting my new coaching studio ready, I have been super busy, successfully delivering my 12 Week Weight Loss Programme to many incredible women here in Jersey, all who found the confidence to reach out for help as they were still struggling to lose their Menopause weight gain. Even after however many past failures, they found the inner strength and desire to make the choice to try again.
Whether it was their second attempt or their tenth, it didn’t really matter, because the most important thing to understand is that they chose not to give up on themselves.
It turns out, that they were all stronger than they thought they were.
We all, often, put off those life changes that feel tough, even when we know they are the right thing to do.
A healthier lifestyle is one of those things we will start tomorrow or next month. – The best time to start anything is always today.
Menopause will have been a serious energy zapper, your body has been through a lot! But – there are practical, small yet powerful things which you can easily apply to feeling more like you.
Detoxing your diet and choosing to nourish your body in a way that supports your body for the long haul, has the biggest power too make a big difference to the way you feel in the least amount of time.
My Nourish Your Way Healthy, Slim & Trim – Reset was created to help all women to reconnect with themselves on a powerful level and open up new ways of how to finally lose weight, and live the most healthy, slim, trim and happy life – After Menopause.
