A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I’m Di, founder of Get Midlife Fabulous and I am so lucky to still absolutely love the work that I do today.

I live and work on the beautiful island of Jersey in the Channel Islands where for the past twenty years, as a dedicated 1:1 Post menopause weight loss and wellness coach, I have helped many amazing women, like you, to lose their midlife weight gain, and feel healthy, happy, and comfortable in their own skin once more.

It remains my passion and my purpose today, to show all women how to take back control of your diet, your health, your weight and your lifestyle, so that you can discover a newfound energy and confidence that allows you to navigate through your post menopause years with grace and ease.
